Amazon.com's hype in the Associates Central Home Page on the launch of their new Grocery Store recently
"Discover Amazon Grocery, stocked with more than 10,000 non-perishable items, all at great prices and all eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime. Our newest store makes it easy to stock up on longtime staples as well as regional favorites, hard-to-find specialties, and natural and organic products. Use the eye-catching images in Banner Links to direct visitors to the new store. Earn more by building links to your favorite grocery items or categories today!"
We have yet to accertain whether the Grocery Shop is accessible through it's own SearchIndex as is happening both with the Automotive and PetSupplies store.

In the meantime, however, we did set up our using the Kitchen SearchIndex.

Setting up the store is a very straightfoward affair, needing only one consideration. Rather than adding the additional Grocery Browse Nodes to the the existing browse nodes in $nodes[Kitchen] and probably make a mess out of it, we opted for a Product Niche Store, offering only Amazon.com Grocery products.

Browse Name

We set the Browse Name of the store to "Grocerries & Supplies" in the script/nodes/us_browse.inc file,

Browse Nodes

and added the appropriate Browse Nodes to $nodes[Kitchen] in the script/nodes/us.inc file.

That's it, all set and done, and the store is ready to roll!
