Amazon Shorts

Amazon.com has just recently announced Amazon Shorts, a new feature offering original short stories, personal essays and other nonfiction works from known, and some famous, authors for only 49 cents each.

This new feature is accessible through the 'Books' category of Amazon.com, and its 'node' number is 13993911.

To have this new feature incorporated into your ASM2 listing, you'll have to edit the script/nodes/us.inc file and add the following section in the 'Books' category :

$nodes[Books] = array( "Amazon Shorts" => 13993911, "Accessories" => 265040, "Arts & Photography" => 1, "Bargain Books" => 45, "Biographies & Memoirs" => 2, "Books on CD" => 69724, "Books on Tape" => 44, "Business & Investing" => 3, ...

This will enable this new section to be displayed together with the rest of the Books category when selected.

Pet Supplies

Pet Supplies is a new category (mode) which was enabled recently, making it accessible separately from the 'Home & Garden' section of Amazon.com.

The searchindex 'mode' for this category is 'PetSupplies' and it comes with a whole series on 'nodes' covering Birds, Cats, Dogs, Small Animals and others.

To have this category included in your ASM2 stores, you'll to edit, first, the script/nodes/us_browse.inc to add this new category:
