Amazon.com has just announced their two spanking brand new stores, the Toys & Games Store and Baby Products Store. Both of these new stores are actually a revitilization of the same two previous stores which was initially setup in alliance with Toys-R-Us. This alliance broke up recently. Toys-R-Us are going ahead with their own online web presence whilst Amazon.com is pushing ahead with third party products from AllPlus, eToys, BabyUniverse, Baby Supermarket and Target, to name a few, through these two new stores.
Complementing the Toys & Games Store and Baby Products Store are the two new group of browse nodes with which ASM2 webmasters should try to incorporate into their websites as early as possible. The old browse node groups, though still accessible currently, should be on their way out soon.
